The vest consists of an outer apparel, GPS tracker and BLE device. The outer apparel provides windproof and waterproof functions. In addition to a removable inner vest for thermal protection function, the vest can be used in different types of weather. A detachable GPS tracker and BLE device are embedded in the apparel, providing outdoor and indoor tracking services, helps locate the missing elderly.
